I Launched ARC Tech GmbH and I'm Going All In
For the past 20+ years, I have worked across IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and solution design at companies like Swisscom, Swisscard, and Flughafen Zurich. That chapter is now closed. I founded ARC Tech GmbH and am dedicating myself to it full-time.
What Is ARC Tech?
ARC Tech stands for Architecture & Technology. The company is a Zurich-based consulting firm focused on enterprise and IT architecture. I help organizations translate complex business goals into a structured IT landscape that delivers real results.
The core services cover three areas:
- Enterprise Architecture: Aligning technology investments with business vision, from strategy to execution.
- IT and Solution Architecture: Designing sustainable, scalable architectures for critical projects.
- Greenfield Strategy & MVP Architecture: Building architectural blueprints for new ventures that need to scale.
Why Now?
After a decade of leading architecture initiatives in aviation, finance, and telecom, I realized that many organizations still struggle with the same fundamental challenge: bridging the gap between business strategy and technology execution. Too many IT investments fail to deliver because the architectural foundation is missing or misaligned.
I wanted to focus entirely on solving that problem. Not as part of a larger organization, but as an independent architect who can move quickly and bring deep, hands-on expertise to every engagement.
What Makes ARC Tech Different?
ARC Tech is not a strategy-only consultancy. I bring practical execution alongside strategic thinking. That means I do not just create PowerPoint architectures. I stay involved through delivery to make sure what gets built matches what was designed.
This approach is backed by certifications in TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architecture, GCP Cloud Architecture, SAFe, and ITIL v4, along with hands-on experience across microservices, event-driven architecture, e-commerce platforms, and multi-channel solutions.
I also continue to teach Enterprise Architecture at HSLU (Lucerne University of Applied Sciences), which keeps me connected to the latest academic thinking while staying grounded in real-world practice.
